Please read these terms carefully before using the eck44 platform. By accessing your account you agree to be bound by these conditions in full.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. eck44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is determined that a registered user is under 21, their account will be closed immediately, any winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned at eck44's discretion after deducting any applicable transaction costs.

Geographic Restrictions
The Platform is operated for use by residents of Bangladesh. eck44 does not knowingly permit access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is the user's sole responsibility to ascertain whether their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. eck44 accepts no liability for any unlawful use of the Platform.
Clause 2.3
Prohibited Persons
Employees of eck44, its affiliates, contractors and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in any promotional offers on the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the Platform's full features, you must register a single player account. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Prior to processing a withdrawal, eck44 is required to verify your identity in accordance with its KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. You will be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

  • A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
  • Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
  • Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) registered to your account
  • Any additional documentation that eck44 may reasonably request to satisfy its compliance obligations

eck44 may suspend or restrict account functionality while KYC verification is pending. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension. eck44 will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts that are not registered in the account holder's verified name.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Clause 4.1
Accepted Payment Methods
eck44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All transactions must be initiated using a payment method registered in the account holder's own verified name. eck44 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard security checks. eck44 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request that triggers an internal fraud or security alert, pending investigation. Withdrawals are returned to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. eck44 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals, however your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transfer fees.
Clause 4.3
Currency
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a player deposits in a currency other than BDT, the funds will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. eck44 is not liable for any exchange-rate fluctuation between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

eck44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside the relevant offer at the time of issue. General bonus rules that apply across all eck44 promotions unless stated otherwise include the following:

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. Where a bonus expires before the wagering requirement is completed, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from that bonus are forfeited.

  • A welcome bonus is available to new registrants on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method applies.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer must be used on the designated game(s) within the stated validity period. Winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the promotional terms.
  • eck44 reserves the right to void any bonus, winnings, or free-spin credits obtained through what eck44 determines to be bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, collusion between players, or circumvention of promotional restrictions.
  • Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. eck44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

Clause 6.1
Age Verification and Under-Age Play
eck44 is strictly committed to preventing under-age gambling. The Platform is available only to persons aged 21 and over. eck44 employs age verification checks at registration and at random intervals during an account's lifetime. If a user is found to be under 21, all gameplay will cease immediately, all winnings will be voided, and the account will be permanently closed. eck44 encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

Self-Exclusion and Account Limits
eck44 provides every account holder with the ability to set deposit limits, wagering limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods on their account. Requests to self-exclude (temporarily or permanently) can be submitted at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will be prevented from accessing your account. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered mobile wallet upon request.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform. eck44 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, to void all associated winnings, and to recover any losses caused to eck44 by such conduct:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers in a coordinated manner
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with eck44 support
  • Registering more than one account on the Platform for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion or a ban
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature and failing to report them to eck44 immediately

Any breach of this section may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral of the matter to the appropriate authorities. eck44 cooperates fully with fraud investigation bodies and law enforcement agencies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual material, is the intellectual property of eck44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of eck44.

The eck44 name, logo and all associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks of eck44. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use eck44's trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eck44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. eck44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eck44 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. eck44 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness for a particular purpose of any game or feature on the Platform. All games are provided on an 'as is' basis. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems and eck44 accepts no liability for the result of any individual game round.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

eck44 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of these Terms will always be available on the Platform. Where a material change is made to these Terms, eck44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders in advance. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming platform operation.
